Who we are

A growing business faces three questions at once: who will lead it, how the organisation should work, and how to operate in a new market. We answer all three.

A Team Group is a Dubai-based advisory firm working where talent, organisation and business setup meet. We help companies secure leaders, subject-matter experts and teams, build HR foundations that scale, and establish their presence in the UAE and across the region.

Subhon is an HR and strategy consultant with more than 15 years of experience, based in the UAE since 2012. He builds HR functions and advises on organisational development, international recruitment, labour compliance and corporate structuring across the GCC, Russia and the CIS.

His sector experience spans building materials, financial services and real estate, combining strategic advisory with hands-on HR leadership: workforce planning, HR systems implementation, digital transformation and cross-border hiring.

He is also a co-founder of a real-time identity and document verification platform. Subhon holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in International Law from MGIMO University in Moscow and the CIPD Level 5 qualification, and has studied and worked in the UK, Europe and the United States.
